We want you to be satisfied with your Slimy Grimy purchase. Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging and condition. Proof of purchase is required.
Before returning a product, please contact us at slimygrimy@slimygrimy.com for return instructions. Please do not send a return without contacting us first.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at slimygrimy@slimygrimy.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product received from Slimy Grimy, please contact us before returning the product so we can provide appropriate instructions.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning a product, as we cannot guarantee receipt of packages that are not trackable.

I recently discovered Slimy Grimy for getting rid of rust in tanks. It works great and won’t hurt the paint.
I LEFT THE BOAT in the water for a week of scalloping & Fishing and got the nice stain line on the boat. My neighbor had some Slimy Grimy in a spray bottle & sprayed it on the line along with a rust stain from the dive ladder screws and it was amazing how Slimy Grimy cleaned the boat.
