Our boat sits in a fresh water lake year-round. For two years we struggled to clean the marine growth off the hull to no avail. Then, a friend told us about Slimy Grimy. It seemed expensive, but I bought a 1-lb container. Well,my wife and I slopped it on the boat hull and stood back to watch. With almost no rubbing (or power washing) within 3-5 minutes the green coating simply turned white and we rinsed it off the hull. I thought it was MAGIC!! We still are in awe at how completely it cleans our boat hull, every time! We are thrilled with Slimy Grimy.
I LEFT THE BOAT in the water for a week of scalloping & Fishing and got the nice stain line on the boat. My neighbor had some Slimy Grimy in a spray bottle & sprayed it on the line along with a rust stain from the dive ladder screws and it was amazing how Slimy Grimy cleaned the boat.
I recently discovered Slimy Grimy for getting rid of rust in tanks. It works great and won’t hurt the paint.
